A single parcel is handled right at our branch.
You bring the parcel
The parcel and the delivery address are enough. Do not forget the recipient phone number, and ideally the e-mail too, so the carrier can send delivery notifications. You do not have to tell us what is inside. There is no need to register the parcel in advance.
We agree on the price
We pick a suitable service according to the destination and the dimensions. You know the price before handover. You can also send cash on delivery, just tell us the amount.
We arrange the dispatch
We enter the details, prepare the label and hand the parcel over to the carrier.
No packaging? We have it here.
You can buy boxes, filling and tape from us. And if you would rather not deal with packing at all, we will pack the parcel for you on the spot. Just tell us what you need.

We can also arrange transport for a pallet or a larger shipment. Tell us the dimensions, the weight and the collection and delivery addresses. We will check the options and the price according to the vehicle available.

We handle regional transport from a single parcel. We drive towards Nový Jičín, Rožnov pod Radhoštěm and Hranice, and back to Valašské Meziříčí. We agree the collection, the date and the price with you according to the route and the capacity available.

This is not a live guarantee yet. We will confirm the date individually according to the address and the capacity available. When we agree the details we will also confirm the price and delivery at weekends and on public holidays.

We have reliable vehicles, experienced drivers and we know every corner for miles around. We can arrange regular delivery of 100 to 200 parcels a day anywhere in the Vsetín and Zlín districts. We run 15 vehicles, including an electric one.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to fill in a form before sending?+
No. Bring the parcel, give us the delivery address and the recipient phone number, and we will enter everything. We will tell you the price before handover. For unusual shipments and collection from another address we recommend calling first.
Do you need to know what is in the parcel?+
No. We do not inspect the contents and we have no reason to know them. The sender is, however, responsible for not sending items excluded from transport, and for a higher value or unusual contents it pays to tell us so that we choose a matching service. See the transport rules for an overview.
What parcel value can be transported?+
Discuss shipments worth more than CZK 10,000 with us before handover, so that we choose a service with matching liability for damage or additional insurance. Without agreeing this in advance, a higher value cannot be claimed.
Can I send a parcel cash on delivery?+
Yes. We set the cash on delivery amount at handover, just tell us the figure. The method and timing of the payout follow the conditions of the chosen carrier.
What if the parcel is larger than the limits allow?+
We send larger shipments too, as oversized ones. The price is then set individually according to the dimensions, the weight and the route. Bring the shipment in or send us the dimensions in advance and we will prepare a price.
